So show week started last night with a bang! We were really impressed with the professionalism showed by the cast last night.
Here’s just a quick reminder of what time rehearsals are this week.
This week is really important, it’s where we polish everything up, rehearse on the stage, run through the plays and dances with full costume and technical equipment.
What time do I need to be there and when?
All rehearsals are in Rhyl Town Hall
Sunday 23rd September – GET IN – LEADERS AND YOUTH ONLY
Tuesday 25th September – 7pm-9pm – Full Rehearsal
Wednesday 26th September – 7pm-10pm – Tech Run
Thursday 27th September- 6pm-10pm – Tech Run
Friday 28th September – 6pm-10pm – Dress Run
Saturday 29th September – cast arrive for 6pm – SHOW NIGHT!
(doors open at 7:00pm with the show starting at 7:30pm)
Sunday 30th September – GET OUT – LEADERS AND YOUTH ONLY
What do I need to bring?
Drink (NO FIZZY DRINKS/CANS – we advise water)
Snacks
What shouldn’t I bring?
Electronic devices (i.e. Tablets/iPads/Computers/Game consoles/iPods/phones)
If you do choose to bring any electronic devices you won’t be allowed to use them and you are doing so at your own risk.
PHONES ARE BANNED IN THE DRESSING ROOMS – they must be switched OFF and in your bag.
This is due to our data protection policy and new GDPR legislations. Phone signals also interfere with our technical equipment.
What should I wear?
All members need to have all blacks – no logos!
Girls need to wear a leotard.
Supportive and appropriate underwear should be worn by all.
Kestrels Dance
Fancy Dress appropriate for your decade.
Any quieres speak to Bethany.
Falcons Dance
School Uniform.
Any quieres speak to Suzanne.
Eagles Dance
Girls are wearing flared pants/dresses.
Boys are wearing black pants and shirts
Any quieres speak to Nia.
Opening Number
All blacks or Phoenix Uniform. Black leggings/pants with either a black top or Phoenix Uniform.
Plays
Your leaders will either provide your costume for you or will have spoken to you about it.
We are also in need of raffle prizes – please bring them to a rehearsal as soon as possible.

If your contact details, address or have any medical issues/special requirements that we are not aware about please speak to a leader as a matter of urgency. It’s really important, especially during show week that we are made aware of all medical issues.
Our members have all worked extremely hard rehearsing for the show and therefore we ask that parents/guardians wait downstairs and NOT in the auditorium so that the surprise and magic is kept hidden until Saturday night.
