On the 14th April 2020, Phoenix Performers Leaders gathered together online to have a leaders meeting. During this meeting leaders discussed how we can support our members during this difficult and unprecedented time.
One of the topics that was discussed during the meeting was making our past shows available to watch for free over a certain time frame.
We have uploaded a selection of our previous pantomime to YouTube and will be making one available to watch from Friday at 8pm until the following Monday at 10pm. You’ll be able to sit down with the family and reminisce on old shows.
We’ve taken the inspiration from Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, who is doing the same with his musicals. Like Webber’s productions, they’ll be a new show available to watch for an allotted time each weekend.
We will announce a running order in due course, but are happy to announce that the first show being made available this weekend (Friday 17th April 2020) will be 2019’s production of Treasure Island.
If during this unprecedented you need any support from Phoenix please do not hesitate to get in touch. You can email us at contactus@phoenixperformers.com.
